Short-term training programmes are the most common format of In-Service training in the higher education, particularly for technology integration. However current training programme designers rely on standard instructional design practices that may need further customizations for effectiveness the higher education context.

 

In my research, I focus on development of a model for such In-Service training programs that is effective, scaleable and sustainable. The model is Attain-Align-Integrate -Investigate (A2I2)

 

The model has been used to design and implement training in

• Multiple modes - Face-to-Face, Online and Blended.

• Scales - Small Scale (30-100), Large Scale (1000-5000)
